This is the steam engine Tk3 1148, built in 1949 by A/S Frichs in Aarhus, Denmark. It was brought to Finland by an English entrepreneur, who wanted to use it and few carriages with the same blue-gold coloring and Christmas decorations to transport wealthy English tourists the Rovaniemi-Kemijärvi route. Due to the lack of customers, the endeavor failed. The entrepreneur was not willing to pay his bills because of misunderstandings and the steam engine and the carriages were seized, and remain in stasis.
